Return Policy

Holiday Returns Policy

Our normal policy is to usually accept returns within 30 days from the date of merchandise delivery. However, we have a different policy for the end of year Holiday Season.

Items shipped between November 1, 2007 and December 31, 2007 may be returned until January 31, 2008 for a full refund, subject to any of our other restrictions listed below.

Returns and Refund Policy

Unopened and unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus any premium shipping costs. By premium shipping costs we mean costs for any shipping method other then US priority mail. We will pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error or an incorrect or defective production. For all other returns you must pay the return shipping costs.

A refund will be received within 4 weeks of returning the product.

Items that are opened or returned more than 30 days after delivery can not be refunded.

Exchanges

If a defective or faulty item is received we will exchange it for another item of equal or lesser value and pay for first class US Mail shipping only.
